Frequently asked questions
I have a question about my loan or a payment.
Your loan stays with your credit union — Rory processes payments on its behalf. For questions about your balance, due date, a payment that was already made, or anything else about the loan itself, contact your credit union directly. Its contact information is in the Rory app and on your loan statement.
I didn't receive my verification code.
Codes usually arrive within a few seconds. If yours doesn't, check that your phone has signal, then request a new code — only the most recent one works. If you previously replied STOP to a Rory text, texts to your number are blocked; contact your credit union to re-enroll. Still stuck? Email us at support@roryauto.com.
How do I stop receiving text messages?
Reply STOP to any Rory text and you won't receive further messages. Note that verification codes are delivered by text, so opting out may prevent you from signing in until you re-enroll through your credit union. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
How do I cancel autopay or stop a scheduled payment?
You can turn autopay off in the app at any time. To stop a specific scheduled payment, turn autopay off or contact your credit union at least 3 business days before the scheduled date.
Where are my points?
Points from an eligible payment typically appear in the app within a few days of the payment clearing. Earning rates and redemption options are set out in the app and in our Rewards Terms.
Text messages
Rory sends one-time verification codes and account notifications — such as payment confirmations and payment reminders — to members who have enrolled through their financial institution. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To re-enroll, contact your credit union.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, email support@roryauto.com, or contact your credit union.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy; the text program is governed by our Terms of Service.
Still need help?
